( This bathroom will be shared with guest) Use of living room, den, and kitchen is open for your use. No extra furniture or kitchen utensils will be added to what is already in the home. Move-in Date: _____________________ Rent: $1000.00, is due on the 1st of each month. Late fee will begin upon 5 days, after the first, of $15.00 per day.
