4 bedroom 2 bath with a full size unfinished basement. Cosmetically it's Ugly inside. We are slowly remodeling it. We had fencing put up in the back yard when we bought it this year. The fencing is 6 feet tall and made where dogs can't get out. However, we do have Chihuahuas and they keep climbing out. Our other dogs haven't been able to get out. The house is handicap accessible. Will post pics once we get finished with the dining room remodeling. We also replaced the water heater this year. Next year we will be updating the electric. It currently has 100amp and we need 200amp. It does have central heat and air. The stove and hot water are propane.
