Security camera's outside present! Anyone smoking inside will be charged 750.00. Outside on patio is fine for smoking or vaping. There is a small fire pit for very small fires expectations will be outlined in rental agrement. If you have an electric car I might be able to hook up a temporary charger that you provide 110volt only, and extra fee for car charging. Tenants are responsible for all cleaning, removing trash and putting cans at curb and leaving the unit like they found it when rental agreement started cleaning tools and supplies included in rental.
