This home is situated one mile from Rt. 29 in a very open country setting. Fields, trees, gardens and animals abound. Sorry no pets or smoking. Due to shared living responsibilities the first 90 days is week to week. Either party can decide it is not a good fit and give one weeks notice. After 90 days it is a month to month with same terms.
