Recently repainted interior, new ceramic tile on the front porch/entry, newly mud-jacked rear patio. 4th, non-compliant sleeping area in the basement. An area of the basement was also partially finished as a recording studio. A large patio and an enormous backyard are ideal for entertaining. I have never seen a more family friendly home.
