We're renting our sweet little 2 bed, 1 bath home in Eureka, available January 1st. It's an older home (built in the 1800's) with lots of charm. We've made some updates such as fresh paint inside and out as well as a heat pump to stay warm in winter and cool the house on the rare warm day in the summer. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and downstairs you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a deck in back as well as fenced front and back yards. The back yard is large and has mint, artichokes and small fruit trees that are starting to produce fruit. Pets are welcome. Renter is responsible for utilities. No smoking in the home
