The entire townhouse is for you to rent with the exception of one to two nights a month it would be shared by the homeowner, age 64 and healthcare worker who comes to check in on the property once a month and enjoy the beach. For those brief visits once a month, she will stay in one of the bedrooms but will use the downstairs restroom so you can continue to have your restroom privacy and you will share spaces such as the screened in porch and kitchen. Otherwise, during those times the entire 2 bedroom home is yours to use exclusively. We are listing it at the monthly rate lower than market value to account for those few visits during your stay that she will be using the space. She is a quiet, clean, health care professional who seeks a once a month retreat at her home in beautiful SC and will only be seen to grab coffee and head to the beach.
