Our trips typically last 4-5 hours, providing ample time to immerse yourself in the tranquility of the river and explore its scenic beauty. The cost for a solo trip is $65 per person, while for group outings, it would only be $50 for each after that. Whether you are seeking a solo escape or a group excursion, our kayak and canoe trips are the perfect way to experience the natural wonders of Patton Lake! Renter is not responsible for paying any utilities and is offered free Wifi. The housing is fully furnished. Pets are allowed with a $500 deposit. No smoking allowed inside. A $500 fee will be charged if so. Minimum lease requirement is 30 days with the first months rent due plus a deposit of the price of the first months rent. Parties unauthorized or pre approved will have an additional $500 fee plus $20 per person. And may be asked to leave property.
