I already moved out and it is available right now! The apartment is located at Yugo Corvallis Domain, which is very close to campus. Plus, there is a public bus route that runs past the apartment complex and can transport you to school. The place I live is a triple but with its own separate rooms. Each room like mine comes with a bathroom and bed along with a closet. It also comes with a living room and kitchen as well as a laundry room to do washing. Parking here is free and there is a bike station near where I live to park bikes if you wish to do so. The two leases that you will be taking over are from September 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2024. The rate for the current one is $919.00 a month. However, the second lease from September 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2025 is much cheaper at $909.00 a month. All utilities, including internet, are covered by the landlord. The only utility that isn’t is electricity.
