We have restored the original vintage oak flooring, and have updated the kitchen and bath to take advantage of the original archways arched windows and features not found in todays modern structures. Come take a stroll through the courtyard and you will be calling this home. Downside is that in the 1930s there were very few cars, so the property has no parking. Ask Rebecca about making a deal with a neighboring property or LACC parking lot located across the street. Although we are pet friendly, we are not a dog park and we ask all tenants to respect everyone's right to enjoy the courtyard.
