The home is in the Skyridge community, which is a safe neighborhood with a great HOA and excellent walking and running paths. The rooms share a double-sink bathroom. Tenants will also have access to a shared entertainment lounge and a dedicated office space. A professional cleaner will come once every two months to clean the bathrooms and common areas. Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are provided. Water, electricity, and high-speed internet are all included in the rent. The house has a security camera system, and there's parking available on the driveway. I'm a working professional and work five days a week. I'm looking for two male tenants who are respectful, clean, and communicative.
