Welcome to our Tahoe-themed country lodge! Live in the country within minutes of Roseville medical offices, entertainment and shopping! Available is the upstairs fully furnished one-bedroom apartment unit with private kitchenette and den, full bathroom with tub and shower, and access to common area full kitchen and on site laundry. Ample free on site parking. Apartment unit has its own private entrance and balcony. Ideally we are looking for traveling medical professionals in need of a short term (e.g. 3 month) lease and a fully furnished rental property. This will be a 90 day or 3 month lease, negotiable, for a traveling medical professional. Rent is due in full on the first day of each month, payable to the property owner. Rent for any partial months because of move-in or move-out days will be prorated. No smoking, vaping inside the residence. We also do not allow pets. Unlawful activity will result in immediate cancellation of the lease agreement. Neighborhood quiet hours are generally 9pm-7am. Renter is responsible for general cleanliness and any damages resulting from negligent behaviors. The names of any and all individuals residing in the unit must appear on the lease agreement. Subletting is not permitted. Tenant(s) will be provided 24 hours notice prior to on site inspections, with the exception of emergency repairs. Most of the utilities are included in the base rent, including high speed internet, water, sewer, trash collection, and PG&E for electric. There is a 150g propane tank on site that will be full on move-in. Tank be refilled at move-out and renter will be responsible for the cost of the refill. Most of the appliances in the house are electric, with the exception of the hot water heater, which runs on propane. The studio unit that is available is heated and cooled by wall-mounted ductless units that are all electric.
