Fenced in back yard, landscape lighting, front porch swing, corner lot, we are pet friendly, but would require a non-refundable $200 pet fee and would be contingent on me meeting the animal(s). No smoking. Renter responsible for all utilities. Deposit of one-month's rent required. $200 non refundable deposit for pets. No smoking in home. Duration of lease is 1 year max. Lawn and landscape maintenance is included in rent. Owner will also change air filter every 60 days.
