(More upon request). - Bathroom with toilet, shower, shower curtain, and bathroom mat. - Window AC unit and Space Heater. Owner pays for utilities. Renter is responsible for taking the trash out, and housekeeping every month will be included with the price, but the renter will be responsible for having it ready for the housekeeper to come in. No pets please, no smoking of any type, or illicit drug use. No parties of 7 people or over. No guns on the premises or near. Free parking on the street (quiet, neighborhood street).
