I'm so so so excited to be writing this! I'm not kidding, this is legit my favorite building in NYC This place is amazing. It's a GIANT 1 bed that has ALREADY been converted to 2 with the walls up. The converted bedroom fits a queen and a ton of furniture.The apartment has a MASSIVE amount of closet space throughout. It gets great light on the 4th floor, has a newly renovated kitchen and bath and even with the conversion your living space is still so HUGE you may find yourself with TOO MUCH space. To Recap: Two Queen Sized Bedrooms that fit TONS of furniture AMAZING LIGHT TONS OF CLOSETS RENOVATED KITCHEN AND BATH Located on a quiet block in a prime UES location, steps away from the UES Wholefoods, wonderful shops, restaurants, ice cream stores (yum!) as well as a 2 minute walk to the Q train at 83rd and 2nd.
