Recently updated duplex with great outdoor space, including a fire pit, grill and 6 large garden boxes. Perfect for entertaining in the summer. Located in the Liberty Wells neighborhood with easy access to downtown and Sugarhouse (10 & 5 min drive respectively) Multiple coffee shops, restaurants, parks and the 205 bus within walking distance. New carpet and flooring installed since lived in previously. Lots of windows and light. I personally lived here for 3+ years and the neighbors are great. That includes the tenant living in the other unit of the duplex that you'd share the outside areas with. This is the only property for rent that I own and am pretty chill about whatever you want to do, I just ask that we discuss whatever it is first. Communication is key! 1st floor has the living room, kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, bathroom, and 2 entrances (front door into living room + side door from driveway to kitchen). The second floor has a hallway closet and two bedrooms (South and West facing). Each bedroom has its own closet, but it is a walk-in-closet for the West facing one. You'd get one parking space in the driveway, plus ample street parking. Unfortunately, the garage is already in use (if you really need to put some stuff in there we can talk). You are responsible for gas, electricity, internet and clearing snow. I will take care of trash/recycle, water, and landscaping. Zillow made me list specific dollar amounts for these, but it will depend on how many and which types of animals. Also between the other tenant and yourself, the snow should be cleared from the front sidewalk after big storms (10-15 mins of work like 5 times per year). I will take care of trash/recycle, water, and landscaping/year maintenance. You have 1 dedicated parking spot in the driveway and ample street parking. Please no smoking inside.
