Please note: Rent is $509 a month PER room I have a 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath apartment that will be available to rent January 1, 2016. The apartment is in The Starlite Apartments complex, which is within walking distance of UNT (I walk to class everyday), Fry Street, and multiple restaurants. My roommate and I need someone to take over our separate leases, which end in August of 2016. The rent for our lease is $509 a month. This is about $20-$30 per room cheaper than the current rent for this apartment due to a deal my roommate and I got. Rent includes water, gas, trash, sewer, and expanded cable. I pay $46 a month for internet and electricity normally runs from about $30-$90 a month (It's a bit variable, but it has never gotten to $100). We are looking for someone to take over both leases with the apartment or two people to take over each lease. We'd have the new renters sign an agreement with the apartment, taking the responsibility away from us (no extra charge on your end). We are not interested in subleasing only one room.
