You'll rest comfortably after all your Smoky Mountain adventures in nearby Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the National Park. Privacy is guaranteed in the upstairs bedroom featuring a king size bed and private bath. The main level of the home offers a half bath. The lowest level of the cabin provides one bedroom with a queen size bed with private entry and great view of the property--wooded landscape and the pond. The second full bath is located adjacent to this bedroom for easy access with a full-size washer and dryer. The bunk room is also located on this level offering two twin-over-twin beds. In the den of the basement is the pool table, PacMan/ Galaga and Outrun Arcade style games, and cabinet with board games and puzzles. Pack-n-play, air mattresses and high chair, fishing gear, and folding camping chairs are located in guest closets. Property has outdoor security cameras for monitoring the doors, driveway, and the side of the house. We are open to month to month leasing. We expect our home to be left as clean and orderly when you leave as when you arrived. No pets are allowed. No smoking near property is allowed. If any repairs need to be made due to damage of the renter, renter will cover the cost of the repairs.
