The first thing you notice is the adorable name on the sign on the light post that says Rachel and Sophie that lets you know there’s a dog lover inside. A pretty flower box with some shrubs and flowers is on the front of the house which is tan with blue shutters. Enter into the living room with wood floors and an angled ceiling so you don’t feel like you’re cramped, it feels more roomy. Plenty of room in the living room for anything you want. The dining area has built-in cabinet/ hutch. Red is my kitchen accent color with stainless steel or black appliances. The kitchen leads out into a back room with new windows, being used as an office now. Guest room has a queen size bed, good-sized bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed that fits right between the two windows. Lots of room in here. Because this lot is on the periphery, It’s considered a pet approved lot. Probably the best thing that this place has is a deck on the back. There’s no one behind us and I’m one of two maybe three homes in the entire park of something like 600+ homes that has a deck. So it’s very private. No lot rent because I own the lot so that is why the HOA is so low. Happy to discuss the possibility of leaving some of the furniture. Also willing to negotiate.
