It's a basement apartment with a large front room and an extra room that can be used as a dining area or office. Included is a washer and dryer, landscaped yard with a garden area, and utilities. Not worrying about utilities has been an enormous stress reliever. It is a basement apartment, but there is an abundant amount of light that comes through the large windows. The tenants upstairs have been great and fun people, the landlord is awesome and not invasive, and the neighborhood is quite and in a great location. The Provo Rec Center is less than a block away, there is a huge park by the Rec Center and there are a number of grocery stores within walking distance. It's a 5 minute drive to BYU and a 10 minute drive to UVU. It's about 2-3 minutes from I-15. The landlord is firm about no pets. This has been a wonderful place for the past 2 years, but we are moving into the next stage in life and can't live here anymore.
