This house is near the corner of N Blanchard St and Tiffin Ave, just minutes from everywhere in Findlay. There are two smaller bedrooms and an addition that can be used as either a large third bedroom or a second living room / family room / recreation space (pool table, anyone?). This house has been completely renovated with all new windows, all new paint and flooring, a completely updated kitchen (new cabinets, counters, and appliances), and renovated bathroom. In addition to the central AC and gas baseboard heat, you'll love the dining space with room for a family dinner table, the spacious laundry / utility room with washer & dryer hook-ups, and lots of built-in storage space. The back yard with a large shed and new privacy fence is waiting to become your oasis in the middle of the city! There is no garage available to the tenant, but there is a large driveway with space for at least 4 vehicles. Smokers will not be approved, even those that claim to only smoke outside. This house will rent for $1250 per month, the tenant will pay all utilities (gas, electric, water, and trash) and will be responsible for lawn care. Pets are permitted for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $450 (due at lease signing) and an additional $45 per month per pet. There are breed restrictions (but not weight restrictions). In addition to the income requirements, we also require a minimum credit score of 550 and 12 months of rental history with a professional landlord who can give a good reference for on-time payments and condition of the property.
