I am pocketing insurance claim money, so the roof is unfinished- but I will pretend i just had it done, & that "roofers can't find the damage or leaks" The furnace is twenty some odd years old & has never been serviced. ill claim there was another owner although the auditor website shows my husband & I are the only slum lords! Let's not forget to mention my AMAZING son, Arturo Vega. He has a PhD in Building Science, so there's absolutely no way I can claim weaponized incompetence. He even used his knowledge in National Government Agencies to get many other cities on board with 300 kicking your everyday rights, & pocketing our tax dollars. Hamilton County Regulations 1-2026 restricts our access to public records? Restricts our use of AI? Gives simple employees the right to judge my complaint & intent? Also the twenty plus day gap in "codes" covered my ass from any legality my previous tenant had throughly documented.
