Fully furnished with bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner. (note, the couch in the photo is removed) Utility included. W/D in unit. Brand-new fridge. Brand-new toilet. Portable AC (window hose connector needs repair). For 1 person only. Temporary guest can use the sofa bed. (note, I'm replacing the one in the photo with a new sofa, a better one with cup holder and USB plug. It'll be arriving in a week.) A large screen is provided for semi-privacy. Please do not move in any furniture without my consent. The building has decided to install a new elevator. This will be a slow process. As of now, only one of the 2 elevators is working. So, expect long wait. You can walk up to the 4th floor where my unit is. Sorry, I don't own a parking spot in the building. For 2-5 months, I ask for $1800/month rent. If shorter, prorate at $500/week. No smoking inside the unit. No pets. No dirty feet or street shoes on carpet. Please do not use the garbage disposal in the sink (haven't turned it on for 10 years, may not work, and could cause damage). Trash chute on each floor. Please do not throw hard object (like glass) or leftover food into the trash chute. It'll damage the trash compactor or create odor. Compost and recycle out in the alley. Please keep things clean. Deposit is fully refunded if all is kept as it is when you move in. I've had tenants in this unit before, and have always refunded the deposit. I can provide contact of my last tenant, so you can ask him.
