Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. For stays longer than three months, proof of income, substantial savings, or a guarantor is required. A signed rental agreement through DocuSign is mandatory for every booking. Unauthorized Late Checkout: A charge of $75 per hour will apply for unauthorized late checkouts of 1-5 hours. Party/Event Policy: Hosting parties, events, or large gatherings on the property is not allowed. If evidence of such activity is found (e.g., noise complaints, excessive trash, damage), a $1,500 fine will be charged, and the reservation may be terminated immediately with no refund. No Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. If any evidence of pets is found, a $250 fine will be imposed to cover additional cleaning and maintenance required.
