We have a one bedroom / one bathroom guest house for rent. Located on one acre of horse property, next to the main house which is occupied by the owner and family. The guest house has an open kitchen into the living room, with the bedroom and bathroom separate for privacy. Laundry is connected to the unit outside. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator. Fire pit, barbecue area and backyard are open for use. Must be okay with dogs, cats, horses and other animals. No additional dogs allowed. An indoor cat or one horse is a possibility, but would need to discuss further. Rent includes utilities (gas, electric, water). Parking is limited to 2 cars, max. Occupancy 2 people, max.
