The arena and ranch activities can generate significant dust around the exterior and porch area, particularly during dry weather, although very little dust typically enters the apartment. Ranch rules apply to all residents and guests. Rent is $1,200 per month with no deposit and with utilities included. Single occupancy only. No pets. Monthly rent is $1,200.000 with utilities included. There is no security deposit. Before move-in, the resident will simply be asked to complete a basic information form providing contact and emergency information and to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. A rental agreement and applicable ranch rules must also be signed before occupancy as well as a hold-harmless agreement. The apartment is located on an operating public business horse facility (ranch). Residents and guests are required to follow all ranch rules and policies for the safety and orderly operation of the property. If you move in during the middle of a month, you will pay $1,200 for one full month's rent with no security deposit, when you move in. The total move-in payment will be $1,200. The $1,200 rent payment covers the first full month beginning on your move-in date. On the following month's first day, you will pay only the prorated amount needed to bring your rent current through the end of that calendar month. After that, the regular rent of $1,200 will be due on the first of every month. For example, if you move in on September 15, your initial $1,200 rent payment covers September 15 through October 14.
