There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout, energy efficient windows and hvac, and stainless steel appliances. There is a full unfinished basement that is 720 sq feet with washer and dryer hookup. 1 car garage. Great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood with quick and easy highway access to I-35 and I-435. Applications may be submitted through Zillow. If you do not have a Zillow account, we use a third party screening service. If using the 3rd party screening service, we ask tenants to pay for the fee and if the tenant meets our basic requirements, then we refund the fee. We do this to discourage tenants who know they won't qualify from applying. 1st month rent and deposit due at lease signing, owner pays for all utilities, all utilities must be moved into tenant's name prior to moving in, and tenant mows and clears snow/ice. Tenant requirements: absolutely no prior evictions, credit score of at least 650, pass criminal background, and household income of at least $5k per month.
