I have had a long time renter, who has outgrown the spot. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom upper unit. Nice back yard. Lawn, snow removal, trash and water all included. It is furnished (we are keeping couch featured) has two TV's a queen bed and a few single beds. Dishes, washer dryer, air conditioners, appliances and some linens included. Would prefer a couple/single but would consider a small family. Max occupancy 4. No pets. Must have good rental history. First month and security deposit required for move in. My Fiance and I live in the unit below. 1200 you pay gas & electric. 1 year lease
