There's no stove or oven (thank you, dated and inflexible zoning and impossible County Government Fees) Neighborhood Description Vallejo working class. Mixed race. Generally lower-income. Some small business in the area - a few restaurants, a hair-stylist, veterinarian. Not the quietest neighborhood in Vallejo, but certainly not the loudest, either. Neighbors on two sides are very quiet and nice. The third side has about five apartments - with a few of 'em being loud.
