I am a police officer and will not rent to undesirables, I have worked very hard on this house getting it very nice and would like to have some good renters that will take care of my place. No re-painting either, have had bad experiences with paint and pets. The right pet(s) will be considered. Nice little quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, one half mile from the Weatherford courthouse square.
