Laurelhurst park is two blocks away. 28th Ave is a quick ten block walk with lots to do! Getting Around: Bus lines run right out on the roundabout and the Max is a quick walk through Laurelhurst to the Hollywood station. More detailed transit info can be found on Trimet's website. You have access to a small one car garage, otherwise there's plenty of street parking around the block (none directly on the roundabout). Other Things to Note: There is onsite laundry in the basement. There is also a small one car garage. The driveway is very steep and backs right out on to the roundabout. It's not as scary as it sounds once you get the hang of it, but there's also plenty of street parking on nearby side streets. Year lease preferred. No pets preferred.
