It is located off the grid and away from the conveniences of modern day life. The cabin has one large room with an 18 foot vaulted ceiling, stove, sink, counter and cabinets, a fireplace and a sleeping loft. There is a small storage room and an unfinished bathroom, as well as a covered front porch (approx. 600 square feet total floor space). We built the cabin using oversized treated lumber for the structure and cedar shingles for the exterior, so there is minimal maintenance required. There is a private gate leading to the property on an upper road (Big Frog Loop Road).
