Rent is $610 including cable, trash and water. There is electricity bill usually ranges from $15-$50 a month. My apartment has a dishwasher as well as its own washing machine and dryer. Bedroom and living room are fully furnished. The complex has two pools, computer area, laundromat, tanning booth, lounge with pool table and a gym.
