We love this house, but our family outgrew it! It’s time for a new family to enjoy it. Compared to other houses of similar square footage, the floorplan is open and efficient with big living spaces and lots of natural light. The kitchen has been completely updated with reclaimed, custom cabinets, solid surface countertops, porcelain tile and a double oven. Refinished oak flooring throughout the main living areas. It has central air and a large, shaded yard, all in a quiet pocket of Provo, minutes from BYU campus. The people are great with the neighborhood school newly rebuilt and fantastic.
