Walking trails start right outside the front door. Dogs are welcome as long as they stay on leash and out of the pasture. (Cats are welcome, too.) The house has central air/heating, a dishwasher, and a washer dryer. High-speed internet is already set up. Cable is available through DirectTV. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, walk-in-closet, and adjoining bath. Both guest bedrooms come with queen beds. Rent includes all utilities (high speed internet, water, electricity & gas) and yard service. Roughly 20 minutes from downtown Fayetteville and 45 minutes from Bentonville, this house has a peaceful country feel. We're looking for a tenant to stay one month or longer with a flexible, month-to-month lease. The property is available starting June 1, 2017. We will waive the security deposit with proof of renters' insurance. The cleaning fee for pets is $150 per animal. Background and credit check required. The house comes fully furnished.
