It is located two blocks away from the Miracle Mile/Pacific Ave. The home comes with landscaping and alarm included in the monthly lease. The home has central A/C and heat, oak hardwood floors, new fixtures and fairly new carpeting. My daughter has been leasing the home for two years, but she is moving due to a job relocation. I do require a credit check and employment verification. If credit, employment or prior rental history is poor, please do not apply. This is a well maintained home that I intend to keep for a very long time. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, garbage and alarm. First month's rent and deposit are due at signing. No smoking or pets permitted.
