Our price is pretty low for the space you get because you will be the first occupant after the restoration, and not everything is furnished and tested. Specifically: (1) there is no internet service; (2) the only heat is a wood stove and we have wood; it's plenty of heat but just takes time to keep it burning. The heat pump is waiting on a plumber to finish some wiring and get it working, so that will be available later; (3) I can only guarantee the low price for the first 6 months, then plan to get more appliances and furnishings and raise the rent.
