This is the perfect starter home or the perfect home for someone looking to downsize. The house was purchased in the summer of 2008, and has had updates since then. The roof was replaced in the fall of 2007. The siding was put on in the summer of 2008. There is newer carpet in the bedrooms (gray) and newer vinyl (black and white checkerboard) in the kitchen, hallway and mud room. All of the previous were installed in the summer of 2008, also. We also had new carpet installed in the living room in October 2011. There is the original hardwood underneath the carpet in the living room and the vinyl in the hallway. There is also a deck out of the back door that was built in October 2009. There is a large yard and it is all fenced in. We have also repainted the kitchen cabinets and applied to knobs and pulls.
