We have been in our house since 1999 and have made many improvements. We live in unincorporated Polk County. We have just under one acre with a 22' x 34' garage that we just updated with siding, slab, overhead garage door, and electric upgrades this fall. We also installed a high efficiency furnace/AC fall of 2016. Since we have been here we have added a 724 square foot deck with deck lights, installed rock bordered beds with a variety of perennial flowers, installed a new roof, installed siding, installed new windows, updated each room including the kitchen and bathroom with quality cabinets, installed a new electrical service, converted the front porch into a seating/office area, installed a new water heater, purchased a new washer and dryer, and installed tile, gravel, and sump pump with battery back up, carpet in the laundry room, etc. We just installed new gravel in the driveway this fall as well.
