The setting is very private with a separate driveway from the main house and main driveway. You cannot see the ADU from the main house. Floors are cork, bamboo and tile (bathrooms). Each BR has its own complete bath, and there's a half bath off the living area. Doors from the MBR and LR lead to a patio where someone could have container plants / gardens. There are ceiling fans and a portable AC. Rent is $1850. Utilities are $150, but not separately metered. Monthly all in is $2000. Breakdown: 1850 rent plus 150 all utilities--electricity, water, trash and recycling. Satellite connectivity / TV are available and the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $2000 (refundable), and cleaning deposit is $500 (refundable). Pet deposit may be in addition and TBD. Renter's insurance is required. There are no application fees. [NOTE: The rental term is ten months.] We are looking for a tenant(s) with very good credit and rental history, who is very responsible and will care for this place as if it were their own. We may be open to considering an exceptional pet(s) and pet owner. If interested, we will send you an application to complete by email. We love animals and are open to someone with a pet, provided the pet has excellent references and the owner(s) are extremely responsible. This site asks for number of cats, dogs, etc. We checked the boxes with the understanding that the pet or pets have to be a fit for all involved.
