For more action, bike or take the trolley to the north end of the island and check out Margaritaville and other restaurants and shops. This condo has beautiful views of the back bay of the Gulf of Mexico from a deck, including a table/chairs. Watch the boats go by and check out the sunrise if you're up early enough. Or from the screened-in lanai, watch the dolphins and manatees in the canal. For a quick walk, stroll along the water on the boardwalk that circles the property, and/or relax at the pool/hot tub that looks over the back bay. Bring your boat or kayaks if you'd like; we have our own personal dock with a lift for your use. This condo is a gem, hang out at night and watch the moonrise, and feel the warm sea air calm your spirit. Condo is suitable for maximum 3-4 adults. HOA requires montly rentals only and no renters may have pets on the premises/in the condo.
