The water heater and furnace are all hidden behind sliding doors to give the garage a flushed look. In one corner there is also a large desk with hidden (queen) bed that can open and close very easily (mattress not included). This allows for easy use of the corner as an office space. There is an additional refrigerator provided in the garage on its own circuit breaker. Garage also has an electric point for charging electric cars. The backyard is beautifully done with a smooth color concrete floor, and retainer walls with built in lights all around. There are beautiful redwood trees on one side, with a Gazebo/Pergola in one corner with a transparent roof over it that allows light to come in, but provides shade against sun and rain. There are string lights hooked to the top that can light up that area at night. There are also few fruit trees (peach, apple, etc.) and beautiful flower plants (roses, hibiscus, etc). Landscaping and gardener services are included in the rent. All bedrooms have smoke alarms and hallway has CO alarm.
