Plus, the water heater was replaced in July 2021. All of the renovation work is expected to be completed in the next 7-10 days with the unit ready for move-in by Dec. 1. Our townhouse is also one of the few units you'll find in Pacific Beach that has both an attached garage and a washer-dryer, plus all appliances, including a dishwasher. There are several skylights upstairs in the living room, a fireplace downstairs and a large deck to watch the fireworks from Sea World.
