The master bedroom with king-size bed features an ensuite bathroom. The living room with big sliding doors provides access to the covered and screened-in outside dining area and the pool deck. The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86 F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival. Cleaning Fee per stay 190$+13% Tax Rent 4995$ per Month +13% Tax A beautiful fenced-in backyard makes it safe for children and your dogs to play. A laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage are also part of the villa. HOA Rules: No Boats, Commercial Vehicles, RV's and Camper on and at the Property Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Trash: It is the guests duty to take all of their trash and recycling out to the curbside for pick-up the evening before collection day and back in, when emptied. In case guests do not get their garbage and recycling collected, we will charge a fee of USD 100.00 for extraordinary removal. Pets: Please ask for approval to bring your pet, if a pet is not registered with us before arrival and we find out during or after your stay, we will charge USD 500.00. Pets: Unfortunately due to 2 recent cases of guests letting their dogs pee and poo within the house on carpets, wood floors and pool decks, we have to add the following rule: If we find any pet poo/pee or its stains anywhere within the house, the garage or the pool area, we will charge USD 500. Landlord takes care of electricity, water, pool service and lawncare. Negotiations can also be made for longer rental periods.
