This is the front apartment of his duplex - the mailing address is 427 Kinsey Blvd. It has just been two years since it's total renovation. It's got a new kitchen, new appliances, new bath, new central heat and air, and washer/dryer hookups in utility room. But we kept the good old stuff - the original hardwood floors have been sanded and refinished and are beautiful! It also has a concrete driveway with a parking pad to hold two vehicles. A one year lease is required and absolutely NO PETS are accepted. I know yours is the best pet in the world ( as is mine ) but this is a firm policy since we have had severe pet damage to rental units in the past! Also, I'm sorry but we are NOT set up to receive SECTION 8 payments. Thank y'all so much for your kind understanding!
