I am looking for a female roommate. I have a 2 bedroom one bathroom, nice-sized, well-lit, apartment. Entirely furnished except for the extra bedroom. No pets. Located across from LCC and two blocks away from the Capitol. About me, I am a young adult, Christian, female. I work full-time as an assistant to an apartment Property Manager nearby while going to school part-time. I travel often, I enjoy doing some gardening and reading, and I am fairly involved with my church, Crossroads Community Church. I try very hard to keep the apartment in nice and neat order and would hope for a roommate who would do the same! If you are interested in the apartment, please contact me and we can set up a time to meet and chat. Then from there, we can set up a time for you to tour the apartment. The full rent for the apartment is $695 plus electric and wifi. All other utilities are covered. So each of us would pay $347.50/month plus the electric and wifi. There is also a security deposit of $347.50. The lease ends April 30th of 2018. Owner pays all utilities except electric.
