beautiful four bedroom three bath home in a private gated community near downtown Winter Garden. We would like to rent up to two of the bedrooms out. Each is $1000. One bedroom has a bath outside its door and is off of the family room. The other side of the kitchen has two bedrooms that share a beautiful bathroom with a double vanity sink.. we have a great room with a kitchen that was remodeled a few years ago breakfast counter and a breakfast nook a screened in patio with ceiling fans and furniture and a family room that's carpeted and has a TV indoor laundry we're looking for somebody non-smoking no drugs no pets. We're very clean and simple living people we enjoy cooking and sharing food with others. The room is furnished with basic furniture and bedding. No smoking on the property indoors. No loud music, especially after 10 PM quiet and respectful people.
