I'm looking for a housemate for this absolutely gorgeous house in the beautiful Redwood Heights neighborhood. A private room is offered, which is furnished, or you can bring your own furniture. This house is spacious and full of light. It has wood and tile floors, cozy rugs, beautiful wall art, full bath (shared), full kitchen, scenic views from every window, and a nice backyard. The pictures speak for themselves... Stay close to all that a big city has to offer, while enjoying a beautiful and safe environment, surrounded by trees. This is a peaceful, quiet and safe Oakland Hills neighborhood. It's close to stunningly beautiful hiking trails, great stores and restaurants, freeways and public transportation. This is important: Ideally, I'm looking for a professional who works outside of the house during the day on weekdays. I'm seeing clients in person at my home office and need privacy for that. But I will also consider other possibilities as long as there's a relatively quiet and private environment at home during the day. One great bonus is that I'm away Friday through Monday on most weeks, so you will have the entire place for yourself for almost half of the time (a long weekend). The fee is $1,600/month. All utilities are included, including high speed Internet.
