Simple, All-Inclusive Rent: To keep things easy, I've set the rent at $3,500 to cover everything. You won't have to deal with setting up accounts or paying separate bills for heat, electricity, high-speed internet, or trash. I even provide furnace filters and water softener salt. Outside & Parking: The yard is fenced-in on the lakeside with a stone fire pit to enjoy those peaceful evenings by the water.
