SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY. This cozy beach cottage is only half a mile to the beach and two blocks to Siesta Village with restaurants, bars, shops and even a full grocery store. One private unit has two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and plenty of closet space. There's a private bathroom, full kitchen and a sleeper sofa as well. Also, just off the kitchen is small private courtyard just for this unit. The second private unit is a large studio which has a king bed, sleeper sofa, kitchen and private bathroom. Both units could be available together for larger gatherings if three bedrooms are needed. Additionally, there is a shared courtyard with a hot tub and free laundry. Wi-fi and Roku TV's are available in each unit as well. Actual rates shall vary based on week/month requested and number of nights/units booked. Thank you. Seasonal SHORT TERM rental available.
